Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using ServiLink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ServiLink [PENDING: LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME - needs company registration], a company registered in Qatar ("ServiLink," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.

To use ServiLink, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws • Provide accurate and complete registration information By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing your mobile phone number and verifying it via WhatsApp OTP. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential • Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

ServiLink is an online marketplace platform that connects customers seeking home services ("Customers") with independent service professionals ("Providers"). Our Platform facilitates: • Service discovery and Provider search • Job posting and quote requests • Communication between Customers and Providers • Booking and scheduling • Payment processing • Reviews and ratings IMPORTANT: ServiLink is a marketplace platform only. We are not a service provider, contractor, or employer. Providers are independent professionals who offer services directly to Customers. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control Providers or their work. Any contract for services is between the Customer and the Provider.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform • Circumvent any security measures or access controls • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Use the Platform for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation outside intended use • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights • Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

If you register as a Provider, you additionally agree to: VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE: • Submit accurate identity documents and professional certifications for verification • Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance as required by applicable laws • Comply with all local regulations governing your trade or profession • Notify us promptly of any changes to your qualifications or legal status SERVICE DELIVERY: • Provide services professionally and in accordance with industry standards • Honor accepted quotes and bookings • Arrive on time or provide reasonable notice of delays • Complete work as agreed with the Customer • Maintain appropriate safety standards COMMUNICATION: • Respond to Customer inquiries and quote requests promptly • Communicate professionally and respectfully • Not share personal contact information to circumvent the Platform We reserve the right to remove Providers who fail to meet our quality standards, receive consistently negative reviews, or violate these Terms.

BOOKING PROCESS: Customers post job requests, Providers submit quotes, and Customers select their preferred Provider. Once a quote is accepted and a deposit is paid, a booking is confirmed. DEPOSITS: To confirm a booking, Customers must pay a deposit of 20% of the quoted amount. Deposits are held securely and applied toward the final payment. FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the service. Payment is released to the Provider after the Customer confirms completion or after 3 days if no dispute is raised. PAYMENT PROCESSING: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Tap Payments). By using our Platform, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details. CURRENCY: All prices and payments on the Platform are in the local currency of your country (e.g., SAR, QAR) unless otherwise specified.

CUSTOMER FEES: ServiLink is free for Customers. The quoted price is the total amount you pay. PROVIDER FEES: Providers pay a commission of 7.5%-15% (tiered: 15% up to SAR 1,500 / 10% SAR 1,501-3,500 / 7.5% over SAR 3,500) on each completed job. This commission is automatically deducted from the payment before disbursement to the Provider. PAYOUT SCHEDULE: Provider earnings are disbursed weekly on Fridays. FEE CHANGES: We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS: • Cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled service: Full deposit refund • Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service: Customer forfeits deposit (no refund) • No-show without cancellation: No refund PROVIDER CANCELLATIONS: • Providers who cancel confirmed bookings may be subject to penalties including reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform • Repeated cancellations will result in account review REFUNDS FOR UNSATISFACTORY WORK: If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, you must raise a dispute within 7 days of service completion. We will review the dispute and may offer: • Partial or full refund • Re-service by the same or different Provider • Platform credit Our decision on disputes is made at our reasonable discretion and is final. REFUND PROCESSING: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

SERVILINK PROPERTY: The Platform, including its design, features, content, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by ServiLink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. USER CONTENT: By posting content on the Platform (reviews, photos, messages, etc.), you grant ServiLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you post and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING: • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy or completeness of Platform content • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Security of data transmission PROVIDER SERVICES: • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of Provider services • We do not guarantee Providers' qualifications beyond our verification process • We are not responsible for Provider conduct, work quality, or disputes • Any warranty or guarantee for services is between Customer and Provider We make reasonable efforts to verify Providers, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by Providers or Customers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: ServiLink, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including: • Loss of profits, revenue, or data • Personal injury or property damage • Service interruptions or Platform unavailability • Unauthorized access to your account • Any conduct of third parties on the Platform OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: • The amount you paid to ServiLink in the 12 months preceding the claim, or • [PENDING: LIABILITY_CAP_AMOUNT - needs legal counsel] Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ServiLink and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations • Your content or information submitted to the Platform • Your interaction with other users • Services provided or received through the Platform • Any dispute between you and another user

DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS: We encourage Customers and Providers to resolve disputes directly. If unable to resolve, either party may submit a dispute through the Platform for our review. Our dispute resolution team will review the matter and make a determination, which is final and binding. DISPUTES WITH SERVILINK: [PENDING: CHOOSE_DISPUTE_MECHANISM - needs legal counsel] Option A - Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [PENDING: ARBITRATION_BODY - needs legal counsel] in accordance with its rules. Option B - Courts: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

TERMINATION BY YOU: You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination. TERMINATION BY US: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: • You violate these Terms • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity • You pose a safety risk to other users • You fail to pay amounts owed • Required by law We may also terminate or discontinue the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. EFFECT OF TERMINATION: • You lose access to your account and Platform features • Outstanding payments remain due • Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnification) remain in effect • We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will: • Post the updated Terms on the Platform • Update the "Last Updated" date • Notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ServiLink. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. WAIVER: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. NOTICES: We may send notices via email, in-app notification, or posting on the Platform. You may send notices to legal@servi-link.com. NO AGENCY: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and ServiLink. LANGUAGE: These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
